Doors with HPL upper layer

Design according to DIN 68706, part 1:
The doors with a thickness of approx. 40 mm are made of multi-layer composite panels. (No damp or wet room properties)

Basic Zero

Frame:

4–sided natural fibre board or wooden frame approx. 33 mm,
Additional door edging band and lock reinforcement approx. 32 mm

Inner layer:

33 mm tubular chipboard (tubular core 33mm, approx. 300kg/m³)

Topcoat:

0.8 High pressure laminate according to DIN EN 438,
Bonding with 2-component polyurethane adhesive

Intermediate layer:

3-4 mm natural fibre board

Edges:

Blunt or with standard rebate, according to DIN 18101,
Foil edge 3-sided (colours similar to surface finish)

Edging band drilling / milling and lock milling included, door leaf can be shortened up to 10 mm

The frames are suitable for use in rooms with high or constant humidity and little or higher splash water exposure (damp room/wet room): All wall thicknesses and intermediate sizes are available from 55 to 600 mm.
